Advanced Vocational Diploma in General Duty Assistant (AVDGD) – 2 Years

Vocational Diploma in General Duty Assistant (VDGD) – 1 Year

Vocational Diploma in Fashion Design & Garment Making (VDFG) – 1 Year

Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) – 2 Years
This two-year lab science program offers training in hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, pathology, and diagnostic equipment handling. Graduates can work as Lab Technicians, Lab Assistants, Sample Collection Technicians, or Pathology Lab Operators, with wide opportunities in hospitals, diagnostic centers, and research labs.
Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT) – 2 Years
A surgical support course that prepares students to assist surgeons, manage OT equipment, maintain sterility, and support pre- & post-operative procedures. Students can work as OT Technicians, Surgical Assistants, CSSD Technicians, and Operation Theatre Support Staff in hospitals and specialty surgical centers.
Diploma in X-Ray Technology (D.X.Ray.T) – 2 Years
A radiology-focused program teaching X-ray imaging techniques, radiation safety, equipment operation, and diagnostic image processing. Graduates become X-Ray Technicians, Radiology Assistants, Imaging Center Technologists, or Diagnostic Equipment Operators in hospitals and scanning centers.
Diploma in Medical Record Technology (DMRT) – 2 Years
This administrative healthcare course trains students in medical data management, hospital documentation, coding, billing, and digital record systems. Graduates can work as Medical Records Officers, Billing Assistants, Health Information Technicians, and Hospital Data Executives as digital record-keeping becomes essential in healthcare.

ADMISSION INTAKE & ELIGIBILITY
Academic Year (AY) Intake
Grace Community College admits students under the Academic Year (AY) system as directed by TNOU, with admissions beginning in June–July every year. Students who join during the AY intake follow the regular teaching schedule, continuous assessments, and examination patterns for the July–June academic cycle. This intake is ideal for fresh school graduates and those who prefer a structured, classroom-based program from the start of the academic year.
Calendar Year (CY) Intake
The Calendar Year (CY) intake begins in January–February, offering an additional admission window for students who missed the academic year cycle. Under TNOU guidelines, students admitted through CY follow the January–December schedule for classes, assignments, and examinations. This option provides flexibility for working professionals, gap-year students, and learners seeking convenient start dates without waiting an entire year.
Eligibility Criteria
Admissions are open to all eligible candidates as per TNOU norms. A pass in 10th standard /12th standard or any degree from a recognized board or university is accepted, depending on the chosen program. Students are required to submit supporting educational documents, ID proof, and photographs during admission. All applications will be verified and processed in accordance with university regulations.
